Excellent experience dealing with Yangzhou Dongtal Solar Energy...  The shipment finally arrived after a three month journey from China to Canada.  Everyone I dealt with during the product education, negotations, purchase, shipping and after sales support has been professional and courteous...  All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and I'm very happy with the quality of the products. Waiting for delivery took some patience and was impacted by weather and a Port of Vancouver strike but it's finally arrived and I'm very pleased with the purchase.  One panel was cracked but I was reembursed quickly and with no hassle.  I will purchase from Alibaba and Yangzhou Dongtal Solar Energy again the future.
